Every member is entitled to assistance and facilities in the undertaking of his enterprise, so far as can be rendered by the ITCC as long as such assistance does not constitute an infringment of the act of thhe chamber of commerce, a.d. 1966. Each and every member is entitled to exercise his rights and perform his duties in his capicity as member according to the rules enunciated. But only an ordinary member is entitled to be elected as a member of the executive committee and to vote at the general body meeting. An honorary and associate member shall have no voting rights nor shall they be elligible to be elected as member of the executive committee. Members are entitled to express their views or submit recommendations in matters concerning trade and economy that may be of common interest or of interest to the executive committee. Members shall nominate not more that three persons as their representatives. Only one of them is entitled to represent in contact with the ITCC. Members are entitled to bring their guests into the premises of the ITCC but have first to register the names of the guests in a book provided for the purpose and shall be fully liable for any injury or damage caused by the guests.. The guests brought by the members have to comply with the rules, orders and regulations of the ITCC as also the regulations for the use of the facilities which shall be duly displayed on the notice board of ITCC the member who brings guests shall also be fully responsible for the conduct of the guests. Members must strictly comply with the rules, regulations and orders of the ITCC. Payments made in advance shall not be refunded.
