1. ITCC. consists of members domiciled in Bangkok, and the majority of whom are juristic persons with Indian nationals or Thai citizens of Indian origin as partners or shareholders holding more than 50% of the capital, including branches of juristic persons registered abroad, and they are either trading, industrial, agricultural, financial, or economic enterprises operators.

2. The members of the ITCC. are divided into three categories:

i) Ordinary member: any qualified juristic person.

ii) Honorary member: honorary member is a person with qualification or a person rendering benefaction to the ITCC. and who has been invited by the executive committee to be such member.

iii) Associate member: any qualified juristic person being having no intention to be an ordinary member shall be eligible for associate membership upon the approval of the executive committee.

3. An applicant for membership shall submit the application in the prescribed form furnished by the ITCC. together with the fees to the secretary, with one ordinary member proposing and another seconding the application. After the secretary has checked that the application is in order, it shall be submitted to the executive committee for consideration.

4. The secretary shall inform the applicant of the result of the application in writing. Fees shall be refunded to the applicant whose application has been rejected. The status of the membership commences as soon as it is approved. An applicant whose application is rejected may not apply again for a period of one year.
