Fees

Please fill the form (download form) for becoming a member.

Subscription fee for becoming the member of ITCC is 10,000.00 baht entrance fee + 5000.00 baht yearly fee.

First year Baht 15,000.00

Up coming years: 5,000.00 baht / year

Procedure:

1. Fill up the form attached
2. With the form you'll have to attach the pp 20 of your company, and company registration.
3. One company is allowed 3 representatives: If the representative is a Thai nationality: A copy of ID card is required with the house registration.
If the representative holds any other nationality: A copy of passport and work permit is required.

Please attach a cheque payable to India - Thai Chamber of Commerce.

Membership Types

1. ITCC. consists of members domiciled in Bangkok, and the majority of whom are juristic persons with Indian nationals or Thai citizens of Indian origin as partners or shareholders holding more than 50% of the capital, including branches of juristic persons registered abroad, and they are either trading, industrial, agricultural, financial, or economic enterprises operators.

2. The members of the ITCC. are divided into three categories:

i) Ordinary member: any qualified juristic person.

ii) Honorary member: honorary member is a person with qualification or a person rendering benefaction to the ITCC. and who has been invited by the executive committee to be such member.

iii) Associate member: any qualified juristic person being having no intention to be an ordinary member shall be eligible for associate membership upon the approval of the executive committee.

3. An applicant for membership shall submit the application in the prescribed form furnished by the ITCC. together with the fees to the secretary, with one ordinary member proposing and another seconding the application. After the secretary has checked that the application is in order, it shall be submitted to the executive committee for consideration.

4. The secretary shall inform the applicant of the result of the application in writing. Fees shall be refunded to the applicant whose application has been rejected. The status of the membership commences as soon as it is approved. An applicant whose application is rejected may not apply again for a period of one year.

Rules & Eligibility

Every member is entitled to assistance and facilities in the undertaking of his enterprise, so far as can be rendered by the ITCC as long as such assistance does not constitute an infringment of the act of thhe chamber of commerce, a.d. 1966.
Each and every member is entitled to exercise his rights and perform his duties in his capicity as member according to the rules enunciated. But only an ordinary member is entitled to be elected as a member of the executive committee and to vote at the general body meeting.
An honorary and associate member shall have no voting rights nor shall they be elligible to be elected as member of the executive committee.
Members are entitled to express their views or submit recommendations in matters concerning trade and economy that may be of common interest or of interest to the executive committee.
Members shall nominate not more that three persons as their representatives. Only one of them is entitled to represent in contact with the ITCC.
Members are entitled to bring their guests into the premises of the ITCC but have first to register the names of the guests in a book provided for the purpose and shall be fully liable for any injury or damage caused by the guests.. The guests brought by the members have to comply with the rules, orders and regulations of the ITCC as also the regulations for the use of the facilities which shall be duly displayed on the notice board of ITCC the member who brings guests shall also be fully responsible for the conduct of the guests.
Members must strictly comply with the rules, regulations and orders of the ITCC.
Payments made in advance shall not be refunded.
